The Arlington Players and Little Theatre of Alexandria are partnering to present performances of three new one-act plays, which were chosen through Little Theatre of Alexandria’s playwrighting competition.
“These three shows were selected from more than 100 global entries . . . and tackle a variety of current issues – the environment, race and relationships, to name a few – in unique and thoughtful ways,” producers said.
The component shows include “Guinea Pig Apocalypse,” “Across a Crowded Room” and “Wild Horses.”
The production will run March 26 to April 10 at Thomas Jefferson Community Theatre in Arlington. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., Sundays at 3 p.m.; the April 2 performance will have sign-language interpretation available.
