The Arlington County Democratic Committee is having an apparently unintentionally contentious relationship with YouTube these days.
The party’s July 6 meeting, held at Lubber Run Community Center, was supposed to be streamed in its totality on the social-media channel, but cut out about 15 minutes after the start.
The party faced similar challenges in May, when its YouTube hookup died at the start of the meeting.
