‘Summer Movie Nights’ coming to Columbia Pike

The Columbia Pike Partnership has announced the films to be screened during its 2022 Summer Movie Nights series.

Family-friendly films will be screened at sunset (8 to 8:30 p.m.) in English with Spanish subtitles.

Friday-night films at Arlington Mill Community Center, 909 South Dinwiddie St., include “Soul” (Rated PG, July 8); “Mulan” (PG-13, July 15); “Jungle Cruise” (PG-13, July 22); “The Secret Life of Pets” (PG, July 29), “In the Heights” (PG-13, Aug. 5); “Encanto” (G, Aug. 12); “The Princess & The Frog” (G, Aug. 19); and “West Side Story” (PG, Aug. 26).

Saturday-night films at Penrose Square, 2200 6th St. South, include “Ghostbusters: Afterlife” (PG-13, July 9); “Summer of Soul” (PG-13, July 16); “The Way I See It” (PG-13, July 23); “Respect” (PG-13, July 30); “Spiderman: No Way Home” (PG-13, Aug. 6); “Minari” (PG-13, Aug. 13); “Hercules” (G, Aug. 20); and “Cruella” (PG-13, Aug. 27).
