From time to time on the Sun Gazette sports pages and Web sites college roundups are published with news of how former local high-school athletes are performing at the next level in various sports.
The information is easy to find on college athletic Web sites. Some of the info is submitted as well, either from colleges or often from proud parents, who should never ever apologize, as they sometimes do, for sending the information.
Two of the most popular sections in the Sun Gazette’s two weekly newspapers are the college roundup and the school notes in the news section. Those school notes are basically a college roundup of local graduates on the academic side.
That information also is submitted in similar fashion.
The Sun Gazette loves to have such news about former students or athletes to publish, but we don’t know all of the colleges they are attending. So please, send us the info, again with no apologies.
