The Sun Gazette gladly accepts all sports submissions, no matter their conditions or how hard to read, that are sent our way with information for publication.
We will do our best to figure out and decipher the material. Certainly correct and readable final scores and accurate first and last names are always helpful. But if not, we will work through that challenge, as well.
The photo with this blog is a sheet of tough-to-read results recently submitted by e-mail from a high-school swim meet. It’s a bit of a guess to determine all the info, with hand-written times and some names and all, but not impossible. No first names are provided, but those can be found elsewhere.
Basically, the paper would rather have any submissions, no matter the challenge to decipher the info, than none at all.
And submissions are accepted and appreciated by any means – e-mail, text, regular mail, fax, phone call (cell or landline), hand delivered, Pony Express or whatever. Send them our way, please.
