The Arlington-Reims committee of the Arlington Sister City Association will host a panel discussion on the upcoming French presidential elections on Friday, April 8 at 3 p.m. at Central Library.
Speakers will include Patrick Chamorel and Brinton Rowdybush, experts in French politics.
