Recycling extravaganza returns in full force

Must Read

The Arlington County government’s fall E-CARE [Environmental Collection and Recycling Event] will be held on Saturday, Oct. 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1425 North Quincy St., across from Washington-Liberty High School.

Arlington residents can safely dispose of hazardous household waste, electronics and other items.

For information on the initiative – and what can be recycled and what cannot – see the Website at https://recycling.arlingtonva.us.

In addition, Bikes for the World will be collecting unneeded bicycles, parts and accessories for distribution across the world. (A $10 donation is suggested to defray shipping and handling.)
