The fire causing the power to go out in the area. Dominion Energy workers came to the area and quickly restored the power, police said.

Upon interacting with the man, the officers detected signs of impairment, police said.

Police arrested the 48-year-old Crewe, Va., man and transported him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where authorities charged him with being drunk in public.
