The Arlington County Public-Safety Block Party will be held on Saturday, Aug. 27 from noon to 5 p.m. at Kenmore Middle School.
The family-friendly event is hosted by the Arlington police and fire departments, sheriff’s office and Office of Public-Safety Communications Emergency Management. It will provide a chance to interact with public-safety personnel while also enjoying free food and drink and safety demonstrations. A raffle will be conducted, featuring prizes donated by local businesses.
This is the first time the event has been held since 2017. The community is invited.
