Polls across Virginia will be open through 7 p.m. today, as Old Dominion voters cast ballots for three statewide offices and all 100 seats in the House of Delegates.
The decision of the electorate could have significant national impact, depending on whether Republicans can take some or all of the statewide races (governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general) and win back control of the lower house of the legislature. (State Senate seats are not up for grabs until 2023.)
In Arlington, voters also will be casting ballots for a County Board and School Board member, and voting on a number of local bond referendums. In Fairfax County, a number of bond referendums also are on the ballot.
