Police: Verbal dispute escalates as firearm is whipped out

On Dec. 29 at 11 a.m., an individual was making deliveries in the 2800 block of 1st Road North when he was approached by a man who exited his vehicle and began yelling, Arlington police said.

A verbal dispute ensued, then the suspect returned to his vehicle and left the scene, police said.

A short time later, the suspect returned in his vehicle, resumed yelling at the victim and grabbed what appeared to be a firearm from underneath the passenger seat. The victim then left the scene.

The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, 5’10”, with a stocky build and short hair.
