Police: Thief steals tablet, threatens store employee

On Aug. 3 at 4:12 p.m., an individual entered a business in the 2400 block of South Glebe Road, walked behind the counter and grabbed a computer tablet, Arlington police said.

An employee attempted to confront the suspect, who verbally threatened her and implied he was carrying a weapon before fleeing the scene with the tablet, police said.

The suspect is described as a black male with an average build and clean-shaven.
