Must Read

On Jan. 15 at 6:41 p.m., three men entered a business in the 700 block of North Glebe Road and began to look at merchandise, Arlington police said.

A short time later, an employee observed one of the individuals conceal merchandise and attempt to leave the store while the second individual attempted to distract employees, police said.

An employee confronted the first suspect, who began yelling at and pushing her. A brief struggle ensued, during which time the suspect struck the employee before grabbing additional merchandise and fleeing with the other suspects.

Arriving officers established a perimeter, conducted a search of the surrounding area and located the stolen merchandise on a Metro-station platform.
