On Feb. 25 at 9:07 p.m., an Arlington police officer on patrol in the 1500 block of Richmond Highway observed an improperly registered vehicle exiting a garage and effected a police stop, police said.
The driver of the vehicle was determined to be unlicensed, and during a search of the vehicle, a firearm and marijuana were found.
The suspect – 32-year-old James Hobbs of the District of Columbia – was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, no operator’s license and improper registration. He was released on a summons.
