On Sept. 15 at 8:25 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 5000 block of Chesterfield Road, where a man was being treated on the scene by medics, Arlington police said.
Investigation revealed that the victim and a person in another vehicle had been driving in the area of King Street and South Chesterfield Road when they became involved in a dispute, police said. The man continued driving, while the woman followed him and cut him off, police said.
