An employee at Chick-fil-A, 538 Maple Ave., W., on July 15 at 11:04 p.m. had a disagreement with an Uber Eats driver, Vienna police said.
The driver was upset because he had been told he could not pick up his order from the drive-through window, but would have to go into the restaurant to get it, police said.
At the request of the store manager, police banned the driver from the restaurant.
