On April 15 at 12:35 a.m., two women were walking toward their vehicle in the 3400 block of South Clark Street in Arlington when a man approached them from behind and allegedly groped one of them.
The victims yelled and the suspect began to approach the second victim, who backed away, tripped and fell to the ground, police said. The suspect then got on top of the second victim and attempted to touch her inappropriately, police said.
Responding officers found the suspect at 27th Street South and Crystal Drive. The suspect – 26-year-old Aaron Moses of the District of Columbia – was arrested, charged with two counts of sexual battery and a count of public intoxication, and was held without bond.
