Police: Air-gun-blasting homeless man walks away with summons

On June 22 at 7:52 p.m., police were dispatched to the area of Wilson Boulevard and North Kenmore Street, where a witness allegedly observed an individual pull an air gun out of his backpack and discharge it in the direction of a bird.

Arriving officers located the suspect and recovered three air guns.

The suspect – 69-year-old Ytiyti Ytity of no fixed address – was arrested and charged with discharging an air gun in public. He was released on a summons.
