Mixed-media show coming to Gallery Underground

Must Read

“Art Unmasked,” a mixed-media show featuring artists Hernan Murno, Lesley Clark, Beverly Ryan and Marsha Staiger, will be presented at Gallery Underground in Crystal City from April 1-29.

“Four artists that approach art-making in very different ways, but at the same time, are fueled by a desire to express themselves with paint, ink, collage, wax and more, on paper, wood and canvas,” organizers said.

Also new for April are works by gallery members in a variety of styles. An opening reception for both shows is slated for Friday, April 1 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Gallery Underground, an initiative of the Arlington Artists Alliance, is located at 2100 Crystal Drive in the Crystal City Shops. Gallery hours are weekdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or by appointment.
