A customer at McDonald’s, 544 Maple Ave., W., who reportedly often comes into the restaurant and makes inappropriate comments to the employees, made a comment to a female employee on Sept. 13 at 7:34 p.m. that upset her brother, who is also an employee, Vienna police said.

The customer continued to antagonize the male employee, resulting in a physical altercation in the parking lot, police said. The customer left the store before officers arrived.

At the request of the restaurant’s manager, officers went to the customer’s home, banned the man from that McDonald’s and advised him that he may be charged with trespassing if he returns to the premises.
