The Fairfax County library system on March 10 inaugurated real-time answers to questions about accounts submitted by the public via text.
Questions about library accounts can be texted to (571) 556-5025 and will receive answers weekldays from 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
“If it’s not during the real-time hours, you can still send a text,” county library officials said. “A ticket will be automatically generated and we’ll respond when available.”
