ck Henry Library will offer the “Stop the Bleed” training course on Saturday, April 23 at 1:30 p.m.

The event, provided by the Fairfax County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), will provide the opportunity for participants to recognize life-threatening bleeding and effectively intervene.

“The person next to a bleeding victim may be the one who’s most likely to save him or her,” library officials said. “Take the course and become empowered to make a life-or-death difference.”

The program is free, but registration is required. For information, see the Website at https://library/calendar.fairfaxcounty.gov/event/870-950 or call (703) 938-0405.
