The fifth annual Arlington Visual Art Studio Tour will bring the studios of more than 60 artists to the public the weekend Sept. 17-18, organizers said.
“Visitors will be able to see all kinds of painting, plus assemblage, collage, printmaking, photography, ceramics, sculpture, weaving and fiber, drawing, papercutting, glass, metalwork, calligraphy and jewelry,” organizers said.
Participants will be able to visit studios on a drop-in basis to chat with the artists and see their work.
The tour is an effort of independent artists and volunteers in cooperation with Arlington’s visual-arts organizations, supported by contributors like Schnider Investment Group and Dominion Lighting.
