Arlington native completes Air Force test-engineer assignment

Must Read

U.S. Air Force Major Kevin Grebb of Arlington recently had his final – or “fini”– flight as a test engineer at Nellis Air Force Base.

Grebb – call sign “HOTAS” – will be assigned to Air Combat Command Headquarters at Langley Air Force Base (Joint Base Langley-Eustis) in Virginia this month.

A 2004 graduate of Yorktown High School and later graduate of Georgia Tech (playing lacrosse at each), Grebb coached youth lacrosse in Annandale when he was assigned in the D.C. area.

Grebb’s wife Kimberly and children Kenley and Knox joined him for his fini flight, but avoided the traditional champagne wet down.
