55+ programs of the Arlington County government are currently being held both in a “virtual” environment and at senior centers. A 55+ membership ($20 annual fee) is required to participate.

TAI-CHI AFICIONADOS CAN TRY MULTIPLE STYLES: Taoist-style tai-chi practice will be offered on Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:30 p.m. and Yang-style practice is offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:30 a.m. at Lubber Run 55+ Center. (Drop-in; no registration required)
